I , hereby declare that I am not in receipt of any other scholarship or financial assistance from any organization. If I am found to be in receipt of a scholarship at any stage, my candidature shall stand cancelled.

I have read the terms and conditions carefully, I agree that by submitting this application, I am electronically signing the application.

I understand that this is a selective process. Applying for the opportunity does not guarantee my selection.

All the submitted documents are genuine, and all the information shared is true to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if at any point any document or information is found to be false, my application will becancelled and if selected for opportunity, I need to return the benefits accordingly.

The said amount is to be paid to the college and I am bound to pay the full scholarship amount of two installments sanctioned under the scholarship program and released by the company in the ratio of 40% and 60% to thecollege within seven days of each installment being credited into my bank account. Failure to do so I shall be liable to any legal action that may be taken by the authority/management.
